William J Haggerty, CPA

MANAGING MEMBER

Bill Haggerty founded Haggerty Management Company in 2003. He has nearly 50 years of experience as an accountant, 30 years as a business owner and has been managing Haggerty Management Company since its inception. Bill engenders loyalty and trust by fostering personal relationships with his clients and offering thoughtful solutions to each client’s concerns. His individualized approach inspires his team to take personal pride in each property under management and makes him an extremely valuable advisor in the property acquisition process.

Kelly Haggerty, CPA

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Kelly Haggerty has more than 25 years of experience as an accountant, including 12 years with The Haggerty Group, a CPA firm and affiliate of Haggerty Management Company. Her in-depth experience as a tax advisor to businesses and high net worth individuals makes her a formidable asset to our property management team. She has provided innovative solutions for multiple businesses and helped their operations to run smoothly and achieve peak profitability.

Susana Mlenak

FINANCE MANAGER

Susana Mlenak, an accomplished office professional with more than 25 years of experience, joined the team at Haggerty Management Company in 2007. She is our office liaison and point of contact for the tenants of the properties we manage. Susana oversees the cash flow for each property by monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable. She is responsible for reviewing lease agreements and facilitating renewals, extensions and expansions.

 

Eloy Quero

PROPERTY MANAGER

Eloy Quero has more than 20 years of property management experience and has worked with Haggerty Management Company since 2009. He is always accessible to the owners and tenants of the properties we manage and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site. Eloy is instrumental in fostering tenant satisfaction and retention with his innate understanding of the flexibility and balance required to efficiently respond to tenant requests.

 

Carlos A Lopez

BUILDING ENGINEER

Carlos Lopez has more than 10 years of experience as a building engineer. He joined the team at Haggerty Management Company in 2014. Carlos is a key team member when it comes to efficiency. His skills at repairing and maintaining building systems and his possession of both a non-ammonia refrigeration license and a boiler operator license allow Haggerty Management Company in many instances to effect building repairs and maintenance without sourcing an outside vendor.
